Under Siege 2

Retired Navy SEAL Casey Ryback and his niece board a train heading to LA, but their vacation plans are soon disrupted when terrorists hijack the train. The leader, Travis Dane creator of a top-secret destructive US satellite, was fired from the project and now seeks revenge. The terrorists set up mobile head quarters on the moving train to keep their whereabouts from being detected. They direct the secret satellite to blow up a building in China to prove they have the code. Now, foreign governments offer them one billion dollars in exhcnage for blowing up various targets around the world, starting with Washington D.C. Ryback keeps a low profile and attempts to get their location to the outside world in order to stop the destruction.
